Come on do you really think this can be compared to the KKK. These are not people that can be reasoned with. And we are not talking about an organization, we are talking about a large portion of a nation or nations that are just as comfortable with murdering their own children for the sake of redemption and salvation as they would fly a plane into a civilian target in America. The Bill of rights only applies when both sides involved have some sort of respect for life.

A terrorist organization that killed 5,000 American citizens was neutralized, its leaders tracked down, arrested, imprisoned and its membership so infiltrated with informers and secret agents that it has lost its potency. All this was done without bending or breaking one right specified for all humans in the Declaration of Independence or for all Americans in the Bill of Rights.

If America could adhere to the Bill of Rights and do that to the Ku Klux Klan, it can certainly do it to others
