The same people that say yes are the same people that will cry, "Not enough was done" to stop the next attack. This is not over and will never be over. Personally I think they should be thrown in with general population in normal prisons & see what kind of "torture happens there". I think its pretty sick that the terrorist get better care than allot of hard working Americans & there are Americans that are OK with that. Their rights went out the door when they decided to kill innocent people.
